Skjaer CPH ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal data processed via skjaercph.com. Contact: hello@skjaercph.com.
2. Data We Collect
We collect data you provide when placing an order, contacting us, or signing up to our newsletter, including name, email, shipping address, and payment information processed by our payment provider.
3. Purpose & Legal Basis
We process your data to fulfil orders (contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), comply with legal obligations such as bookkeeping (Art. 6(1)(c)), and — with your consent — send marketing (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Sharing & Processors
We share data only with processors required to operate the store: Shopify (checkout & orders), our shipping carrier, and our email/analytics providers. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
5. Retention
Order data is retained for 5 years per Danish bookkeeping law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
