Terms & Conditions

1. Seller

2. Orders & Prices

All prices are shown in the chosen currency and include applicable VAT. An order is binding once you receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and supported providers (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay where available). Your card is charged when the order is placed.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless otherwise agreed.

6. Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return, email hello@skjaercph.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Warranty

The Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) applies, granting a 24-month right to claim defects. Contact us with photos and order number to file a claim.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes may be submitted to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (forbrug.dk) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
